QPSoftware, a web agency based in Shanghai since 2007, is looking for a project manager/team leader. Skills : You have worked in web development (2 to 3 years of experience), you have a knowledge and comprehension in the problematic areas of the web. You already had an experience of project manager or you have the motivation and the ability for this position. Confident, patient, organized with some leadership for manage the client, respect the contract and specification, delegate to the team of developer, designer and web marketing. The post requiert some technical expertise but also a good sense of communication in English. Missions : - Working with the customer and project team to define high level requirements in terms of features and user stories - Choosing most convenient Technology to be used for the given project and building the system architecture - Keeping the team on track with the Agile process and adapting it as necessary for the given project context - Management of the flexible requirements scope with the customer throughout projects - Keeping the team focused on meeting goals and objectives - Leading the team towards continuous improvement - Removing impediments for the development team - Tracking and reporting status to customer and the general manager - Coordinating meetings with the customer team - Ensuring excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external teams Technical environment : CMS Drupal, Magento and Prestashop, Tmall and Taobao Jquery mobile, PhoneGapp Linux Server and LAMP configuration Project : Corporate website and online application, Ecommerce Mobile Web App SEO and Web marketing - Contract : full time - Holidays : 1 week + official Chinese holiday - Working visa and resident permit provided - Attractive salary
