我下载了个官方的主题Adodis-drupal-themes-softtech-freetheme,在后台添加的中文能显示出来,但是修改主题文件 page.tpl 在里面添加的中文会显示为乱码,

只有 maintenance-page.tpl  和  html.tpl 包含
