安装durpal的过程中出现了

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in D:\wamp\www\drupal-7.19\includes\theme.inc on line 1226

是什么原因啊？我改了php.ini里面的memory limit=128M了还是出现一样的状况啊、菜鸟求助啊。谢谢各位大神。。
